Just thought I’d show off our xmas tree. It’s black (v cool), 6½ feet tall and cost £30 from Wooworths (sic). A hundred white-blue LED lights £15 from Muji last year. Ten “snowball” lights £6 from Whsmith. The fact that the cats haven’t attacked and broken it yet: priceless. Especially because it took two hours to assemble.

This note appeared at the end of the corridor at work a week or two ago. More recently I noticed the scribbled addition to the contact details, which made my day.
